A rhyming story set in the Australian bush, featuring some of our most iconic wildlife. More a story, more than a rhyme, this teaching resource comes jam-packed with music, posters templates and more to help you teach the Arts Subject Area of the Australian Curriculum v9.0.


The resources, ideas and activities cover all five areas of the Arts: Music, Drama, Dance, Visual Arts and Media Arts. They make it easy for you to teach any aspect of the Arts, even areas where you may doubt your own ability, and offer ideas and inspiration to take classroom activity and learning to the next level.

SYNOPSIS

There were three Australian friends, once upon a time,

Who were puzzled by a riddle & stuck in a rhyme.

They each had a problem, but they needed help to think.

Maybe you can help them to find the missing link.

CHARACTERS

Emmy Emu dreamt a dream one night, of traveling all over the world.

But her wings didn’t work. She just couldn’t fly. How could she get there? She must try, try, try!


Koko Koala was easily lost and couldn’t see the next gum tree.

She feared the fast cars on the road below. “Oh please, will someone help me?!”


Ella-Rose the lively Crimson Rosella was often having fun in the dirt.

She couldn’t see Fearless Fox on the prowl. Be careful now, little bird!
